Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to read and use Cyber Law Institute, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We are working toward that standard and have not yet had the site independently audited.

What we’ve built in

  • A clear heading structure on every page, so screen reader users can move through sections.
  • Text and background colors chosen for readable contrast.
  • Forms with labels on every field, and error and success messages in text.
  • Visible focus outlines, so you can see where you are when using a keyboard.
  • Descriptive alternative text for images that carry meaning.
  • Tables with header rows, so their structure is announced.
  • No pop-ups, autoplaying video, or sticky overlays.

Known limitations

  • Linked documents. We link to court filings, breach notices, and government PDFs we don’t control. Some may not be fully accessible. If you need one in another format, contact us and we’ll try to help.
  • Embedded content. Videos or documents embedded from other websites follow those websites’ accessibility.

Tell us about a problem

If something on this site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email contact@cyberlawinstitute.com. Please include the page address and a short description of the problem. We review accessibility feedback and work to fix issues we can control.
